Ambassador-Designate of India Visited Jio Estonia to discuss the scope of Jio 5G capabilities and 6G Flagship program opportunities in European Market
H. E. Mr. Ajaneesh Kumar, Ambassador-Designate of India in Estonia visited Jio Estonia research centre to discuss the importance of Jio Estonia Oü 6G Flagship program and Jio 5G beyond opportunities for the world also emphasizing on the future of Jio 5G in European market.
Jio’s 5G product management team from India connected over a virtual conference call with Mr. Ajaneesh Kumar where Jio Platforms President Mr. Pradeep Kumar Bhatnagar briefed the ambassador about 5G product portfolio and the possibilities around.
He further stated: “Jio's home grown 5G technology is unencumbered from any external dependencies, and this resonates in ‘letter and spirit’ with the national objective of Make in India. Jio has deployed indigenous 5G Radios and the 5G Core in the production network at scale, and will support the upcoming 5G launch in the country.”
“The visit of the Ambassador-Designate Mr. Ajaneesh Kumar shows the importance of Jio Estonia’s 6G Flagship program and opportunities beyond for the world, also emphasizing the future of Jio 5G in the European market,” said Laura Kask, the Head of Legal in Jio Research Center. Estonia has been chosen as the entry point to Europe due to its technological and digital advancements in Europe. “We are grateful to be part of Jio’s future plans and we will work together to expand to other countries and showing Europeans the advantages of the 5G technologies developed in India and introducing the results of 6G research,” she added.?
The Jio Platforms Senior Vice President Mr. Aayush Bhatnagar over virtual call touched upon Jio's 5G Research and Development (R&D) capabilities spread across India, and the scale-up in other parts of the world. He further mentioned: "Jio has rapidly created and packaged 25 5G use cases in a span of 90 days, using its indigenous 5G stack. This underlines the fact how indigenous technology and self-reliance can fuel innovation at scale".

2 年I am fed up writing my issues. JIO CAN BETTER BEG MONEY AND LIVE INSTEAD OF CHATING CUSTOMERS AND LIVE. NO ANSWER TO MY QUERIES. (1) FAKE PROMISES - NO ANSWER (2) JIO MEET - ONE OF THE WORST PRODUCT IN THE WORLD- (A) 720 HD WHEN THE WHOLE WORLD IS IN 1080 (B) PHONE HEATS UP (C) NO VIDEO AND AUDIO SINK (D) ABSOLUTELY A WORST PRODUCT . JIO BUSINESS IS NOT HAVING ANY SUPPORT. I WANTED TO CANCEL IT 50 DAYS BEFORE. I PAID 6 MONTHS ADVANCE. EITHER ANSWER MY QUERIES HERE. EARNING MONEY FOR BUSINESS LIKE THIS IS EQUIVALANT TO EARNING BY BEGGING,LOOTING PEOPLE AND IT IS EQUIVALANT TO EARNING THROUGH .......... . I HAVE RAISED MY QUERIES AT SEVARAL PLACES. I GOT CALLS STATING THAT THE JIO BUSINESS WILL BE CANCELLED AND MONEY RETURNED. BUT 50 DAYS OVER ONLY MY INVOICE IS BEING RAISED AGAIN AND AGAIN. WORST TO WORST COMMITMENTS. IT IS NOT GREAT TO BUILD A ORGANISATION BUT IT IS TO BUILD A ORGANISATION WHERE QUALITY PEOPLE AND LEADERS WORD. YOU DONT BOTHER ABOUT CUSTOMER AND YOU DONT BOTHER ABOUT YOUR OWN PRODUCT. 2 年Jio does it really have to come to this? My internet has been down for 90 hours and I’ve been told at least 20 times by your team the issue will be resolved in “6 hours sir”. It’s a shame that your team is so nice and can only give me a canned response. At this point I’ve spent over an hour on the phone with them, all of them cordial, but all helpless. What’s the point of having a support team without enabling them to support customers?

2 年?lost my mobile on 8th july 2022. lodged police complaint. approached your Mumbai Central store to block my sim, he advised to do online, and told could not be done at store.?? Yesterday morning i blocked the sim online, at 1.42 pm went to jio store at vasna road, Baroda near my residence to get a new sim and to unblock the sim.?the store keeper gave a sim, took?photo authenticated through Aadhar, at 1.42 pm and told the sim will get activated within 3 hours.? inserted new?jio sim and Vodafone sim . vi started functioning immediately, but jio sim not active even now. contacted yesterday night 198, lady abruptly disconnected the call.?today in the morning contacted??1800-889-9999 three times, .?third time, a gentle men responded, but couldn't find the shop from which i purchased?the sim. just now read the sim cover in which ICCID 899186408018784878 PKD 28,04.2017 and it is also mentioned on the cover 18 months from PKD Date, then why this sim was given to me and charged Rs 30 for the same, authenticated via Aadhar and also took my photo on their mobile. really its very painful, my sim is still not active. such a big organization and such type of service is unimaginable.?now K R Shankaaram iyer???? 8826544113 7405993113
