It is Ambanis who have brought revolution in telecom sector

It was at the beginning of the last decade when we had to wait in front of STD telephone booths for hours to make a phone call. After a long trial, we could hardly able to contact our dearest. It was very difficult to connect any number in interior areas from Delhi. Frequently we heard the following words, "all lines in this routes are busy, please dial after some time."

We then heard the slogan from Dhirubhai Ambani, roti-kapra-makan-phone. We thought how will it be possible to get a phone without any makan because we had to frequently visit MTNL or BSNL office to get a land line connection! After submitting application, it could take months to get a new connection in rural areas. Also without owning any home or valid residential proof, it was hard to get connection in urban areas too.

But today, when we see beggars owning beautiful smart phones and making phone call, then I remember the words Dhirubhai Ambani announced. It was Ambanis (Dhirubhai Ambani, Mukesh Ambani, Anil Ambani) who have brought revolution in the telecom sectors in India. It is only for Reliance, telecom operators began incoming free, roaming free, and now calls almost free. Recently Reliance Jio has brought revolution in the industries thus they have fulfilled their father’s dream. Hope in future, they will do more to bring our nearest or dearest more closer without expanding much money.
