Amazon Web Service

Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS), a subsidiary of Amazon, offers on-demand cloud computing platforms and APIs to individuals, businesses, and governments on a metered, pay-as-you-go basis. This service is often coupled with autoscaling, allowing clients to dynamically adjust computing resources based on application demand, optimizing costs. AWS provides a range of services including networking, computing, storage, middleware, and IoT, delivered via server farms. Clients benefit from not having to manage hardware, scale resources, or handle system patches. Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) is a key service, offering virtual clusters of highly available computers accessible over the internet via REST APIs, CLI, or the AWS console. These virtual computers simulate real hardware attributes such as CPUs, GPUs, memory, storage, choice of OS, networking, and pre-loaded application software like web servers and databases.
