Amazon- take the leap

I have been in role for 8 months and already I am able to transfer to a completely new team and new organization within Amazon because I was looking for another challenge. 

Even better- I will be helping other internal employees figure out what their next move should be within Amazon on the Global Talent Management Team!! I am excited to help create an entirely new team, processes, and guide others to the right team to fulfill their goals. Combing my social work background + recruiting = i'm so excited!
