Amazon Studios’?Vernon Sanders Sets New Original Content Executive Structure (Exclusive)

Amazon Studios’ Head of Television Vernon Sanders has reorganized the division’s U.S./Global content operations into three creative development teams shepherding programming across SVOD, AVOD and FAST channels.?

The three teams will be led by: Laura Lancaster, who becomes?Head of?U.S. SVOD TV?Development and Series – Co-Productions, overseeing?all?co-production?original content in partnership with outside studios; Nick Pepper as Head of?US?SVOD TV?Development and Series – Wholly Owned, overseeing all Amazon Studios internal development of original SVOD TV content; and Lauren Anderson, currently Head of AVOD Programming and Studios Unscripted?across U.S. Prime Video and Amazon Freevee, who will add an oversight of YA, faith and family programming.?

The restructuring represents Sanders putting his stamp on original content operations as solo head of TV.
