Amazon QuickSight is a cloud-based machine learning-powered business analytics tool provided by Amazon Web Services. It allows businesses to make more informed, data-driven decisions.

Businesses may use Amazon QuickSight BI to generate and analyze data visualizations and receive easy-to-understand insights to help them make better business decisions. These dynamic dashboards may be integrated into a variety of apps, portals, and websites with ease. Because Amazon QuickSight is scalable, it can handle tens of thousands of users without the need for extra infrastructure or capacity planning. It is also device agnostic.

What is SPICE?

"SPICE" — a Super-fast, Parallel, In-Memory Calculation Engine – is used to create Amazon QuickSight. Columnar storage, in-memory technology, and machine code creation are all used by SPICE. It can quickly respond to interactive queries on massive datasets.

How is data transmitted to Amazon QuickSight?

You may upload files, connect to AWS data sources, connect to external data stores through JDBC/ODBC, or use other API-based data store connectors to bring your data into Amazon QuickSight.

How do I share an analysis, dashboard, or story in Amazon QuickSight?

The share icon on the QuickSight service interface allows you to share an analysis, dashboard, or story. Before sharing the information with others, you will be able to choose the recipients (email address, username, or group name), permission levels, and other settings.
