• More effective: The current images of this product are affecting the customer experience because it can't grab the customers easily. Please allow me to change the images of the product to improve the customer experience.

Why do we open a case on amazon?

Sometimes amazon creates an irrelevant error on any attribute while we submit all required information by following amazon's policy. For example, we are submitting an image with white background and amazon didn't allow us to upload or change the image.
