Job Designation: Associate Quality Services – QS Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree Experience: Freshers / Experienced
- Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance and manual testing.
- Familiarity with the Windows desktop environment, proficiency in Word, Excel, IE, Firefox, etc.
- Expertise in Data Analysis and Excel.
- Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills and testing acumen.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Flexibility and interest in performing repetitive tasks.
- Ownership mindset, driven by challenges and committed to meeting daily deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English.
- Execute test plans, cases, create test data, and report results accurately and promptly.
- Understand project/product functionalities, staying updated with changing requirements and documentation.
- Actively identify gaps in test cases and explore issues/bugs beyond predefined tests.
- Thoroughly test product changes through defined processes.
- Agile and responsive to shifting project priorities, adept at adjusting testing strategies.
- Conduct root cause analysis of bugs/issues and backtrack effectively.
- Adhere to standard test methods, SOPs, and defined processes.
- Execute test cases related to apps, services, or devices ensuring operational integrity.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets; log bugs/failures and track resolutions.
- Propose project improvements to streamline daily routines.
- Impact the quality of assigned components and features positively.
- Continuously acquire knowledge through training and available team resources.
