Amazon Accelerate - Announcement Recap
Amazon Accelerate was a jammed packed event. For those who were keeping track, I counted over 20 announcements that were shared on the main stage. To help out I recapped them all below, providing a link to so that you could learn more.
Thoughts on the event - Amazon knocked this out of the park. First, the event was a sell out with almost 2500 attendees! For someone who has attended Amazon events in the past this was the most diverse collection of sellers I have ever seen. It was great to see Amazon really drive home diversity in the speakers on stage as well as the attendees in the room. Second, Amazon presented a full experience. From the keynote address to the breakout rooms, to the 1:1 sessions, Amazon packed a punch with exciting announcements throughout the event. In addition, Amazon's Block Party which gave private access to the Space Needle, Museum of Pop and other surprise and delight moments was a big hit for all that attended. FOMO - Did you feel like you missed out? Join me at unBoxed, Amazon Ads annual conference where they announce new solutions to help brands big and small connect with customers, grow their brand, and prepare for the future. The event will include insights from industry leaders, training and certification classes, breakout sessions, interactive demos, after-hour events and an exclusive musical performance. Let’s break it all down.
Account Health Assurance - For higher Account Health Rating accounts - that have a valid emergency number on file - you can achieve "Account Health Assurance" which means you will have Amazon's assurance that they will not shut down your Account if you are actively working with them on an issue. This news was very well received by the audience.
Tailored Audiences - With Tailored Audiences Beta launch, brands can now engage their repeat, high spend, and recent Amazon customers with email marketing campaigns, informing these critical customer segments of seven-day deals and new product launches. Any U.S. registered brand with customers in the last 12 months will soon be able to use the Customer Engagement tool to build deeper relationships and brand loyalty with their customers. Small Business Badge - The Small Business Badge helps customers easily discover products they love from small business brands and artisans in Amazon's store. Learn more to see if you qualify.
Customers ask Alexa - With 'Customers Ask Alexa' on Seller Central, U.S. registered brands will soon be able to answer questions in their product categories that customers ask on an Amazon.com search. With the self-service tool to answer frequently asked customer questions, brands can connect directly with their customers and also improve their visibility. 'Customers Ask Alexa' will be available in Seller Central for a select group of brands in October 2022, as an invite-only program, before becoming available to all eligible brands in the U.S. in 2023. Premium A+ - now available at no cost for an extended promotional period to sellers who have registered as a brand owner with Amazon Brand Registry. Premium A+ content offers new and larger module types in the product description section on the product detail page such as video, image carousels, and interactive hotspots. Implementing Premium A+ content can increase your sales by 20%. During the promotional period, you can publish Premium A+ content for all registered ASINs using the A+ content manager. If you have a published A+ brand story across your ASIN catalog and have had at least 15 A+ content projects approved in the past 12 months, you are eligible for Premium A+ content for each Amazon store. Seller Profile Page (SPP) is your customers’ go-to resource to find detailed trust-building information about your business as an Amazon seller. It contains the information most important to your customer when making buying decisions including: seller’s performance ratings, customer reviews, and detailed information on guarantees, refunds, and return policies.
Buy with Prime is a new way to grow your direct-to-consumer store with Amazon. Grow your e-commerce business by attracting and converting shoppers with Prime—offering fast, free delivery and a checkout experience on your website that shoppers know and trust. Learn how DTC brands can now buy ads on Amazon that will drive traffic to the brand’s website.
Express Payout - With Express Payout, you can receive deposits from Amazon in your bank account within 24 hours—any day, any time (even Sundays). Learn how to get your money faster with Express Payout

New Seller Incentives - Through New Seller Incentives, new sellers on Amazon’s Professional selling plan can qualify for a suite of benefits designed to help them launch and grow on Amazon. See the latest seller incentives here.
Seller Mobile App - The Amazon Seller App offers everything you need to get started as a new seller, along with the flexibility of managing your business on the go. We’re making it even better by adding popular resources from Seller Central: The Seller University Mobile Quick. Start Guide introduces the app to new users, and provides guidelines for finding products to sell, tips for estimating profitability, and step-by-step instructions to create listings. The Revenue Calculator is also coming soon to the app. This feature lets you run “what if” scenarios for any product to estimate fees, costs, net profit, and margin, based on size, shipping, and other variables. Brand Analytics - The Brand Analytics search dashboards, Search Catalog Performance, and Search Query Performance dashboards give you new views into your customers’ shopping funnels and the top queries relevant to your brand. The Search Catalog Performance dashboard provides a comprehensive product view of key shopping metrics such as impressions, clicks, cart adds, and purchases. The end-to-end shopping behavior data will help you diagnose sales funnel issues. The behavior and demand data combination will help you improve your catalog quality. Veeqo - Veeqo is the Multi-Channel Shipping software that cuts the cost and speed of fulfilling orders with low shipping rates, automation, and hassle-free fulfillment tools. This was exciting because Amazon hands out shipping software to merchants, including on rival sites.

Based on the feedback from our sellers, we will be launching a new Amazon's Seller Forums with a new look and feel and exciting new features. We have made it more user friendly by personalizing the experience and surfacing the topics you are most interested in. We have made navigation and search more intuitive by improving the way content is categorized, and made it easier to interact and provide feedback on the usefulness and relevance of content. Additionally, we have grown our team of community managers to provide a safe, welcoming environment. With millions of sellers participating, Amazon's Seller Forums are your destination for sharing experiences and best practices with other sellers, and receive useful insights from Amazon Community Managers and Amazon thought leaders to help grow your business. The new Seller Forums experience will be rolled out soon, stay tuned!
Manage Your Experiment - Manage Your Experiments is launching new features to optimize your A/B tests and publish your winning content faster. The Title and Image notifications feature has been implemented to inform you when content you want to test is too similar to your current content and may not deliver conclusive results. Conclusive results help ensure you have productive content, and can increase your likelihood of getting better test results.
