Upgrade Point 1: Flexible Lightweight Modules
Solargiga Energy's lightweight flexible modules address load-bearing, installation methods, and extreme weather changes, ensuring roof waterproofing and safety performance while maintaining module performance, thus achieving PV and building integration. The module is based on 182mm cells, with an overall power rating of approximately 225-230W. It also supports 400W+ and 500W+ customized high-power modules. The weight is as low as 4.3KG (unit weight ≤5kg/m2), which is around 40% of the weight of conventional modules, effectively reducing roof load pressure. In addition, this module features ultra-high flexibility, exhibiting no new micro-cracks even when bent to a curvature radius of 450mm. It also shows excellent performance of impact resistance, ensuring stable operation during extreme weather conditions such as hail.

Upgrade Point 2: Offshore PV Modules
Solargiga Energy's offshore PV module materials have been comprehensively upgraded and can be applied to various water surfaces and offshore installation environments such as lakes, coastal mudflats, and offshore areas. This module is based on N-type TOPCon technology and is of double-layer coated glass, effectively improving the light transmittance, moisture isolation, and anti-corrosion properties of the modules. In addition, the special material—polyurethane is selected for the frame, paired with ultra-durable waterborne polyurethane coatings and fiberglass, effectively enhancing the module's dry and wet adhesion performance (Grade 0) with a falling abrasive resistance exceeding 7L/um. After 6000 hours of xenon lamp aging tests, the coating's color and gloss do not diminish, fully showcasing its excellent weather resistance and stability.

Upgrade Point 3: Anti-glare Modules
Conventional modules can produce glare effects during use, which can easily cause drivers or pilots to have unclear vision and affect driving safety. Solargiga Energy's newly upgraded anti-glare modules achieve the anti-glare effect by upgrading the front glass and using special material anti-glare glass. All materials of this module have passed rigorous material tests. The anti-glare glass has a light transmittance (up to 94.10%) and a reflectance comparable to conventional glass. In outdoor reflected spot tests, the reflective spots of the anti-glare module are uniform and of low brightness, not forming high-brightness spots with better diffused reflection, thus effectively reducing optical reflection and pollution caused by photovoltaic modules, making it more suitable for environments with strict anti-glare requirements such as airports, highway sides, and near waterways.
