As real estate is being disrupted again, and the NAR Settlement will change how agents work with buyers, I thought a very short tip was my goal for today. Then I came across this quote, and I had my tip.

It is no longer enough to be average and offer the same thing as your competitors. You will have to be better and different to stand out and thrive. A short tip, but what a great and accurate statement.
