In Chapter 17 of Ezekiel beginning in verse 1 Ezekiel wrote: "And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, Son of man, put forth a riddle, and speak a parable unto the house of Israel (this is my commission now in these end times to bring this message to the house of "Modern Day" Israel, especially the US); And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; A GREAT eagle (Russia) with GREAT wings (Magnificent Air Supremacy), long-winged, full of feathers, which had diverse colors (see pics below), came unto Lebanon, and took the highest branch of the cedar: He cropt off the top of his young twigs, and carried it into a land of traffick, he set it in a city of merchants (New York City).

Putin’s ability to stash money in US banks and real estate is a ‘strategic danger,’ warns US Sen. Whitehouse

The ability for Russian President Vladimir Putin and his oligarch allies to hide money in banks and real estate in the United States is “a real strategic danger,” US Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) warned on May 7.

The senator lamented the fact that the United States is “now number two in terms of the nations that support secret financing and funding and allow for the hiding of assets behind shell corporations. We should not be on that list at all, much less number two.”

Whitehouse spoke at the launch of a new book,?Russia’s Crony Capitalism: The Path From Market Economy to Kleptocracy , by Anders ?slund, a senior fellow with the Atlantic Council’s Eurasia Center. ?slund’s book details how money taken from Russia’s state-owned enterprises and resource wealth is funneled out of Russia in order to enrich Putin and his oligarchic allies. Much of this wealth,??slund explained , is “held predominantly in the United States and the United Kingdom, the two countries with good rule of law that allow anonymous companies on a large scale and have deep financial markets.”

?slund argues in his book that the United States should act swiftly to stop enabling this kleptocracy. It can do this by demanding “full transparency of these vast financial holdings and that means stricter anti-money laundering controls in Europe and to reveal all ultimate beneficiary owners” in the United States, he said. Whitehouse agreed that the United States can no longer allow Putin or his allies to safely store their wealth anonymously in US real estate and banks.

“I understand that there are lawyers, and that there are realtors, and there are yacht-brokers, and there are investment advisors, and there are other Americans that make a lot of money servicing the Paradise Papers world of hidden assets,” Whitehouse said. “But it is a real strategic danger to our country that that world exists and it is a both strategic and reputational danger to our country that we enable, and aid, and abet that world,” he continued.

The United States has “to draw a really hard line as if this were any other kind of invasion or incursion and we have to demand transparency of ourselves,” Whitehouse argued. “We cannot let our corporations become the tool of foreign kleptocrats.”

?slund said that “Putin is about two things: power and wealth.” The Russian president has allowed his friends and allies to remain in charge of large state-owned enterprises, despite huge financial losses for each of these corporations, ?slund explained. “Putin did not care about the efficiency, social values, or profitability of state companies. He wanted control through loyalists in charge who transferred the surplus of the companies toward him and his friends,” he said.

Because their assets are largely kept offshore, ?slund added, “naturally, Putin and his cronies cannot enjoy their wealth. It is all about power. If they are not the wealthiest, they fear they will lose power.” But the anonymity provided in US and UK law to ultimate financial beneficiaries allows Putin and his allies to remain wealthy while preserving the trappings of democratic legitimacy.

“All of the evidence is locked behind a wall that you will never get you hands on,” Karen Greenaway, former supervisory special agent in the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s International Corruption Unit, explained. Without being able to prove where the money ultimately goes, she added, it is “very, very difficult for law enforcement or investigative journalists to have some idea of what [Putin’s] net worth is,” for example.

Michael Carpenter, a senior fellow with the Eurasia Center and senior director of the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement, explained that this power and wealth motivation extends to the Kremlin’s aggression against neighbors like Ukraine, Georgia, and the Baltics, as well as its involvement around the world, from Syria to Venezuela. Putin is motivated, Carpenter argued, by maintaining “a sphere of kleptocratic, authoritarian client regimes… because that allows him to perpetuate his wealth and power.”

As the United States looks to counter Russian influence in Europe and across the world, therefore, Whitehouse argued that it first must make sure that Washington is not aiding and abetting “our enemy, our rival.”

Whitehouse said that the United States is confronting a “clash of civilizations,” alluding to reports that the?US Department of State is using the phrase ?coined by academic Samuel Huntington to describe growing geopolitical competition with China, but argued that this clash is between “rule-of-law civilizations” and “autocracies and kleptocracies.”

As a defender of the rule of law against kleptocracies, “we have to look the part… and make the power of our example an asset for our nation rather than an obstacle,” the senator said. “We are not meeting that test right now.”

Russian President Putin has amassed a HUGE amount of wealth from various countries in the Middle East including Lebanon and Syria and has invested much capital in New York City. Verses 5 of Ezekiel 17: "He took also the seed of the land and planted it in a frutiful field; he placed it by great waters, and set it as a willow tree."

New York City is completely surrounded by water.

Verse 6: "And it grew (his wealth), and became a spreading vine of low stature (just like Putin), whose branches turned toward him, and the roots thereof were under him: so it became a vine, and brought forth branches, and shot forth sprigs (remember Russia was known once as the U.S.S.R. "United Russian Socialist Republics")."

Verses 7-8: "There was also another GREAT eagle (Ukraine see pic below) with GREAT wings (good jet fighters as well: “The Ukrainians still have a significant majority of their air combat power available to them, both fixed-wing and rotary wing as well as unmanned systems and surface-to-air systems,” a military official said, speaking on condition of anonymity.) and many feathers: and behold, this vine did bend her roots toward him, and shot forth her branches toward him, that he might water it by the furrows of her plantation."

The GREAT Eagle of the Ukraine Seal as mentioned in Ezekiel 17

"It was planted in a good soil by great waters (see map of Ukraine below), that it might bring forth branches, and that it might bear fruit, that it might be a goodly vine (unlike the EVIL vine of Russia)." Notice what God says about this eagle in the following verses:

"Say thou, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Shall it prosper? (Well the opposite is true of Ukraine isn't it?) Shall he (Putin) not pull up the roots thereof, and cut off the fruit thereof, that it wither? (Isn't this what Putin has been doing to the Ukraine daily since his EVIL Russian invasion? Destroying everything there?) It shall wither in all the leaves of her spring (we are officially in Springtime), even without GREAT power (like Russian forces) or many people to pluck it up by the roots thereof. Yea behold, being planted (even if it were in the EU), shall it prosper? Shall it not utterly wither, when the east wind toucheth it (alluding to the east forces of China who will probably help Putin against the EU, etc.) It shall wither in the furrows where it grew (eventually Ukraine will desintegrate or diminish in size as a nation)."

The prophetic events foretold

Verse 11-15: "Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, Say now to the rebellious house (of Israel), Know ye not what these things mean? Tell them, Behold, the king of Babylon (today being represented by Vladimir Putin since he represents the Babylonian system of this world) is come to Jerusalem, and hath taken the kings thereof (Isaac Herzog ), and the princes thereof (its Zionist leaders at the Knesset), and lead them with him to Babylon (history will repeat itself with a probable Russian invasion also on Israel aided by Syria and Iran); And hath taken of the king's seed (probably one of Herzog's three sons), and made a covenant (or signed agreement) with him, and hath taken an oath with him: he hath also taken the mighty of the land (the Mossad): That the kingdom might be base, that it might not lift itself up (Putin will destroy the moral of Israel), but that by keeping of his covenant (or pact) it might stand. But he rebelled against him in sending his ambassadors into Egypt (symbolic of the US because of its Egyptian Masonic influence and symbols like the Washington Obelisk and it's also its greatest ally), that they might give him horses and much people (send in the military and weapons). Shall he prosper? Shall he escape that doeth such things? Or shall he break the covenant (with Putin), and be delivered (by the US forces)?

Notice the answer to these questions given by God ALMIGHTY: "As I live, saith the Lord GOD, surely in the place where the king dwelleth that made him king, whose oath he despised, and whose covenant he brake, even with him in the midst of Babylon (The Russian Confederacy) he shall die. Neither shall Pharaoh (Joe Biden) with his mighty army and GREAT company (of soldiers) make for him in the war (the third world war coming), by casting out mounts, and building forts, to cut off (or kill) many persons: Seeing he despised the oath by breaking the covenant (the deal with Putin), when lo, he had given his hand, and hath done ALL these things, he shall not escape." Verses 16-18.

God's Judgment on Modern Day Israel

"Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; As I live, surely mine oath that he hath despised, and my covenant that he hath broken (speaking of Biden now), even it will I recompense upon his own head. And I will spread my net upon him, and he shall be taken in my snare, and I will bring him to Babylon (again the Russian Federation to face Putin), and will plead with him there for his trespass that he hath trespassed against me (the many sinful laws that he has created over America as a Jesuit president). And ALL his fugitives with all his bands shall fall by the sword (Americans will lose the war against the powers of Russia and China combined with perhaps North Korea aiding them as well), and they that remain shall be scattered (around the world) towards all winds: and ye shall know that I the LORD have spoken it." Verses 19-21.

"Thus saith the Lord GOD; I will also take of the highest branch (of government) of the high cedar, and will set it; I will crop off from the top of his young twigs a tender (younger) one (unlike senile and old Biden), and will plant it upon a high mountain (or position of leadership and power) and eminent (symbolic of the resurrected King David): In the mountain of the height of Israel will I plant it: and it shall bring forth boughs, and bear fruit, and be a goodly cedar: and under it shall dwell all fowl of every wing (including the angels of God); in the shadow of the branches (of government in God's soon coming Kingdom) thereof shall they dwell. And ALL the trees of the field (the world at large) shall know that I the LORD have brought down (into the bottomless pit) the high tree (Satan the Devil himself), have exalted the low tree (the one representing the "Tree of Life" in the Garden, His Son Jesus Christ), have dried up the green tree (the Pope of Rome), and have made the dry tree to flourish: I the LORD have spoken and have done it." Verses 22-24.
