Amazing 4.0

A while back I published an article called "Be Amazing" in the wake of moving on from my last assignment. I wanted to start this article with the final paragraph of that one:

"So tomorrow when I wake up instead of being sad I will be hopeful....hopeful that the amazing team we built will carry on and be amazing in their own right.....and hopeful that I too can carry on and be amazing too!!! Somewhere out there is a company hungry for amazing and looking for leadership....got my bags ready and by the door....just waiting on that call. PT"

I am proud to say that the call came in and with it an invitation to join the team here at AxleTech as their new Chief Engineer in Electronics Remanufacturing. But the story doesn't end there...Shortly after joining the team here we ran an ad here on Linkedin for technical personnel to join our team....the resumes began pouring in from some of the most talented engineers and technical people I have ever had the honor of leading from my past assignments.

We now have five members on our team and the creative juices have only begun to flow. Electronics and mechatronics remanufacturing will be at the forefront of this new emerging technology and the chance to design and develop the next generation of testers and processes to harness valuable resources and to push the technology has our entire team energized.

Please follow our progress as we work together to push the envelope of technology and work together to find partner customers to help their service strategies. We are committed to developing a sustainable plan that protects natural resources and reduces the expense of maintaining the next generation of technology breakthroughs.

It's exciting to be a part of a company that is willing to invest in the technology necessary to make them a key player going forward by taking a long view of the future landscape. We all set out on the day we left school to push the envelope, challenge our skills and maintain that sense of wonder and possibility....together with enthusiasm and energy we can make a better world and do something worthwhile....the good karma does comes back to you!!!
