The Amazing 2022: Let's look back ?

Just like that, we have arrived at the end of the adventurous year of 2022. This year has been truly an amazing experience for all teachers across the world. Students came back to the classroom after a long hiatus since 2020.
As teachers, you have done a fantastic job in welcoming the students and ensuring that they are safe and happy. You have taken help of innovative approaches to bring about considerable positive changes in teacher-student relationships. These new approaches have redefined teaching and learning and made it way more effective than ever before.
So, before we wrap up 2022, let’s take a look at some of the things that we are truly grateful for in the education ecosystem this year:
The combination of technology and learning never looked this exciting. A little textbook reading followed by some interesting videos and audios to aid knowledge retention has been an excellent way this year to maximise learning goals.
2. Teachers taking the????centre stage
The amazing resilience and dedication that teachers displayed during the lockdown made everybody realise that they are nothing less than superheroes, whose super powers were not utilised to their full potential. Hence, teacher upskilling became a central agenda in 2022. It is heartening to see the stakeholders driving teachers to excel in their careers.??
3. Self-care????for teachers
Increased importance was given to teachers' mental health. They were made part of self-care sessions by schools and governments to ensure they feel fit and fine and ready for the classroom.???
4. Schools, parents and teachers???+??+?? ???working together
Schools, parents and teachers understood that they can ensure quality education of the students only when they come together as a unit and collaborate effectively. Smooth communication channels, honest feedback sessions became a norm that helped all the stakeholders to monitor and track student progress.??

5. Empathy and kindness to create a????better world?
Another lesson from the pandemic time that we all learnt is the vital importance of values like gratitude, empathy and kindness. The education ecosystem has taken numerous steps to ensure holistic development of the students by including value education so that they are equipped to create a beautiful tomorrow filled with love and compassion.
What a truly eventful year it has been!?
We cannot wait to see the amazing things 2023 has in store for the teaching community.
