Yesterday saw the culmination of our two-year GROW Graduate programme with the programme members making their CR business presentation to the MD of Jurys Inn, Jason Carruthers followed by lunch, a graduation ceremony and some ‘Sky’s the Limit’ fun on the BA i360.

The Amaris Hospitality GROW Graduate programme is the ideal fast track programme for degree students bridging the gap between full time education and full time study while looking for a way to get ahead in our organisation through their hard work, drive and resilience.

The programme has been design to development department managers on the programme conclusion with successful programme members fast tracked into our DGM development programme.

With such a variety of renowned hotel brands within Amaris Hospitality the programme gives such successful applicants the breadth our experience and depth of operational knowledge to create an exceptional career springboard.
