It has been an incredible journey with Amar and Sri. We were referred by one of our family friends, who were also helped by them. The journey started with Amar taking us through the entire process step by step. The finances, budget, EMI calculations, selection process and eventually closing process. He explained a lot of new aspects we hadn’t thought of, and was patient with our noob questions as well. Amar takes care of the paperwork, finances and coordination with Escrow, Financer, Home Warranty, and all other parties involved in the process. He’s regular with updates and clear in communication. Sri on the other hand has sound knowledge of every property, area, pros cons, resale value etc. Her inputs have invaluable in eliminating options most importantly. The best part was, Amar and Sri were not ‘looking to sell’, rather just guide us through the journey and help us make the educated choice. Also, ours wasn’t the highest bid, yet it was accepted, due to proper strategies by Amar! They made the process seamless and educative!
