He stressed the need for a balanced approach between pursuing success and taking care of one's physical and mental health.

Regarding physical activities, Dinesh suggested a morning routine that includes gratitude, mindfulness or meditation, and physical exercises like yoga or pranayama. He emphasized that dedicating at least 30 minutes each morning to these practices could lead to improved overall well-being.

What made Dinesh go to the US?

Dinesh explained that his decision to move to the United States was primarily motivated by his passion for technology and science. He shared that, from a young age, He had questioned why there was so much poverty despite the presence of significant intelligence in India.?

This curiosity led him to pursue studies in technology and engineering. Ultimately, he pursued his master's degree in industrial engineering in the United States due to its reputation as a hub for science and technology.

What Motivated Dinesh to switch roles from Technology to Wellness?

Dinesh shared his journey and the factors that influenced this change. He explained that initially, his focus was on addressing poverty through technological advancements, believing that improved physical well-being would lead to happiness.

However, he eventually realized that physical health alone did not guarantee happiness, as individuals with ample material wealth could still experience stress and dissatisfaction.?

They emphasized the importance of understanding and managing stress and pursuing a deeper purpose aligned with one's passions.?

He noted that following one's inner bliss and inner voice, as well as recognizing patterns in personal preferences, can help identify one's true passion and purpose.

Dinesh explains that the Global Well-Being Network is dedicated to improving people's well-being, making them happier and healthier. This mission is the driving force behind the organization. While reflecting on his earlier experiences, he mentions that in the past, they were successful but didn't focus on scaling. Now, with the Global Well-Being Network, they want to reach a broader audience and touch as many lives as possible.

In particular, they're working on raising awareness about diabetes, which is a major concern in India.
