Am I Successful? Here's My Take.
Elio Gatto
Founder & CEO at SOCIAL KNOW HOW? | Revolutionizing Business Growth with AI-Driven Digital Marketing, Targeted Social Media Ads, Ai Assistants, and Engaging Video Production.
I am the founder, and president of Social Know How, a leading Social Media Marketing agency that helps your company thrive digitally. I've always loved seeing other businesses grow, and love the feeling of being able to help people out and support them in their goals.
?An entrepreneur at heart, this is what I have always wanted to do.
When you know what you want to do with your life, there's no point in not pursuing that dream. Seeing people prosper is my passion and my life goal. I knew that if I could build something from nothing, then no one could tell me what my limits were. I'm driven to make the world better for myself and the people around me.
Success, to me, is not just about money. Success is building a reputation and a relationship with people.
Success is the feeling of accomplishment that comes when you have worked hard and strived for something and come out stronger, competent and more equipped to take on your next challenge.
It's about having a vision for what you want your life to look like, no matter how long it takes to get there. It's about having a plan for getting there but being flexible as life changes around you. It's about knowing that failure is part of the process—and that every failure means an opportunity to learn from experience and grow stronger in your resolve.
Many people I meet or speak to define success based on how much money they made or how much the company has earned this year in Revenue. But is that truly the only measure of success?
Why not measure success by how much satisfaction you get out of your job, by how many people love what you do, and how well you can support yourself and others who depend on you?
The word "success" is subjective. It's not quantifiable, and it's certainly not stereotypical.
To be successful, you'll have to define what success means for you. What do you want out of life? What are your most important values? What are your strengths? Are you able to use those strengths in the pursuit of your passion? Those questions will help guide you as you work toward finding success by knowing yourself better than ever before!
So, YES! I am successful! I come to work with a positive mindset and leave content. I sleep well and have an excellent relationship with my friends, family, and employees. If you were to ask me, I'm pretty sure I'm among the most successful people out there!
