Message from a Friend

Our name & fame in the cut-throat corporate world comes with cost, this is invisible cost which cannot be measured in monetary terms, but this is in terms of our peace of mind, our mental balance, our interpersonal relations, etc. 

We are very unique in our thinking, we want to get recognized, awarded by an external entity. We have a need of recognition from our colleagues, family, friends, by virtue of the money we make, the fame we have amassed. We simply fail to pause and recognize all by ourselves. We work endlessly, but we fail to appreciate "ourselves" – “our soul” which is our real existence. 

We strive to surprise our near and dear one to see smile on their face, but when did we surprise “our soul’ the last time and we smiled all for thyself. Did we find the time to pause, just pause to be ourselves, be with self, be with "our soul"? 

Despite all the fame, the money, the recognition, the awards, we all ultimately will be left with just few of the fellow humans, to see our end. These will be those who would cherish us despite our so-called worldly success or failure. For some, we are successful, for some we are not, whatever the case may be, we just remain a small dot, sometimes microscopic, if looked upon from universe. Why to get disheartened if we didn’t do well in life. If we are happy with our-soul, have we not achieved it all. Ultimately, it’s all about our own Soul.

Indeed, the Book should Never be Judged by its Cover. Humans are like Onions, you have to peel them layer by layer to understand, if we cut to open, it will only amount to killing them."
