Am I the only one?
Hi there, fellow data people.
I have been pondering on thoughts related to data analysis and wanted to include you in my chain of thoughts as well.
Day-to-day data analysis work varies a lot. Someday you might just be querying data from SQL while one day you will be getting your hands dirty on data visualization software. Another day you might be loading data on a notebook to feed it to your machine learning model.
All of these are different challenges and not every day you are giving all of them your same capacity.
What does it do?
Your skills decrease in that specific domain.
This is what has been happening to me as well.
But I am keeping up by telling about the skills to others. Educating others and helping them grow. When you are telling things to someone you understand the gaps in your knowledge as well which is the perfect way of self-realization.
But still, as a technical person, you need to keep working on your skills.
Make your Saturdays and Sundays count. You might know something, but it is not a bad thing to just randomly work on it and see where you are.
Self-realization is key. You have to work on yourself, no one is going to work for you.
What is your next week's motivation then? Looking forward to hearing from you.
Basharat, a learning analyst, and a wanna-be motivational speaker, signing off.
