An Architect creates architectures and further conceptualizes and experiments with alternate architectural approaches. So an Architect with in-depth understanding of a domain with development methods and modeling techniques is really an Architect?
What is the importance of Architecture for an Enterprise can be summarized as below
- A holistic understanding of the enterprise with a structure of processes and data to visualize and realize viewpoints of stakeholder community.

- Last but not the least making an enterprise professionally competent and profitable entity to do business.
So as an Architect you should not limit your job to evaluate or analyze suitability of architecture by capturing and communicating it various stakeholders. You need to evangelize, reconcile architecture as per recent goals and corrective intervention to deal with change at any level of an enterprise.
How Invigorating is different from Architecting
An Architecture provides a visibility of resources, processes and information by providing a holistic view of structures of processes and data with views as per various viewpoints of stakeholder communities. Now if I change the way and invigorate by rejuvenating new techniques for change in a single department or for the whole enterprise with new choices to do business as well as improvise existing processes and information management for better decision making. Following can be changes if I change my style of architecting to invigorating
- A trusted advisory for better visibility of usability of departmental capabilities and utilization of right resources and capabilities to support organizational goals and objectives.
- Document Enterprise Architecture in a comprehensive way with utilization of easy tools for communication which can further enable stakeholders in delivering good plans.
- Last but not the least position Enterprise Architecture positively for rationalization and optimization of capabilities, better structure of processes and data enabling stakeholders for decision making and relate organizational environments to collaborate and communicate as per recent goals and objectives.
Boost up stakeholders and Reinvigorate Enterprise Architecture Practice
Stakeholder support is an important factor for an Enterprise Architect to set appropriate patterns for capability improvements. A trusted advisor with a holistic mindset is required for effectively managing the numerous and rapid changes anticipated at various levels of an enterprise.
