“Am I Audible!”

In the current condition regardless of student or employee, we all are aware about this phrase “Am I Audible?”,I have chosen this phrase as the heading of my blog because i think only this small phrase is enough to explain the whole phenomena of “E-Society”. There are two sides of each and every events which occurs in our life. If the one side is negative, another side must be positive. It may happen that one particular side of any event can clandestine to us for the intensity of another aspect.

As I am Business Management student I am going to describe the blog in the perspective of “Business”.

Few years back big business consultancy firms and reputed management researchers were predicting that the world would never entirely depend on Digital Platform or Virtual Business. According to them there may be good synergy between Digital and Physical world,but entirely dependency on Digital World is impossible.

But,History proves that there is nothing impossible except prediction. The whole humankind rely on uncertainty.

The Covid-19 epidemic for which,more or less the race of mankind has stopped suddenly, we all have lost our closest persons,the economic growth of each and every nations has slowed down.We all have started calling this epidemic as a “worst event in the world history”.

But as I have discussed earlier “There must be a positive side of every event”. Ever anyone of us dreamt about these days when big corporates, Multinational Companies are handling their day to day business over online?

Probably all the businesses in our world are doing their business “Work From Home”. WFH is a recently populared business model due to Covid-19 where any business can run smoothly without going to their offices Physically. Yes, its not a story of fairy tales, its our present situation.

In this present condition every firms are conducting their operations with much more efficiency than our usual “Analog World”.

Actually no constraints are limitation of Digital or Analog world. The problems are hidden behind our Mind Set. This Covid situation has proved that there are lot of space to change our Mind Set, our perspective, how we think and interpret any situation.

As I am student of Adamas University, I can sight an example related to our University;how our University has changed their day to day operations with the help of Modern Technology and Dynamic Perspective also, because without dynamism and optimistic mindset this huge transformation may not be possible.

Last year when full lockdown implemented to whole nation, no one could abled to visit their work place or Office where they work. Our University has entirely changed their process “how they deliver quality education”. In only three days time span they started their day to day classes on Online platforms with much more efficiency. Students do not need to visit or stay in their campus.

I know it was very difficult for University like ours where 3500+ students are continuing the education in same time, to fully transform to Online from Traditional Offline Methods. This is the outcome of Optimistic thought with Dynamic perspective. Now Adamas University has tied up and introduced “Canvas LMS(Learning Management System) Platform” for betterment of their delivery of Education.

Not only transformation to digital world but also Covid-19 Pandemic has proved how corporate firms can increase their spending beyond CSR activity for Humanity,to save the society first.

Almost all Corporate firms are trying their best to help the society.In Economics we all are familiar with the concept “Profit Maximization”; the main objective of every Business is to maximize their profit. But the positive aspect of this pandemic has proved those Economic Concepts are only valid for theory, in real world those concept aren’t relevant. In real world regardless of Private, or Non Profit, Government organization, each and every entity of society have dedicated themselves for Humanity.

At last I can say this pandemic has come to us with a basket of lots of opportunity. We just have to sustain on our perspective to maximize the efficiency. Efficiency Maximization will lead to Profit Maximization .

Thanks to Covid-19 Pandemic for helping us in changing our mindset. Although this pandemic has slowed down our economy but its helped us to move our perspective forward hundred of years.

Those who used to say that it is not possible to transform our society from physical to digital world, now they are praising the power of Virtual World
