Will the A&M Group become the largest BMW dealer in Belgium?

February 8, 2024 BMW A&M Group acquires car dealership in South Limburg. The purchase of BMW & MINI Davo also includes the branches in Sint-Truiden and Tongeren. The transaction still needs to be approved by the Belgian competition authority. Following a successful transaction, A&M Group would become the largest BMW dealer in Belgium. CEO Peter Guelinckx: "Size is becoming increasingly important in this sector. Our goal is to offer a broader service network in order to better serve local customers." With the acquisition of Davo, we are increasing our workforce to over 1,000 employees. BMW A&M is a manufacturer that has been operating for 50 years in the auto sector. They were made in 1982 and also refer to BMW. With clothing in Halen, Hasselt, Tienen and Zonhoven we are looking for a good spread of assets in Limburg and Vlaams-Brabant. BMW A&M is also the exclusive BMW partner for the Limburg and Flemish Brabant region. As soon as we notice BMW, we also sell it to MINI via the MINI Hasselt.
