There is Always a Room for Revolution
It is not the correct perception to think about revolution as disruptive. Even an incremental change can bring about a lot of positive change in the way things are currently.
Let me count you an example. I am a big foodie and would love to binge on food and sweets that are normally available in restaurants and shops. Of late, I noticed a marked deterioration of ambience and quality of food. The cutleries need to be cleaned by paper napkins before food is served, the kebabs, soups, and curries reach the room temperature far too early than desired, the additives like finely chopped coriander and onion look stale. The result? I prefer feasting on home food albeit a little loss of taste!
There is always something a little extra that we can do to make things better than expected. The premium always certainly translates into everything that we desire: increased business, customer retention, and a brand value.
