Always be leading - The Highlights

Always be leading - The Highlights

I recently gave a talk to a select group of sports coaches, enthusiasts and general people who are interested in leading at an excellent level. The talk was a success and the interactive session at the end brought up some very high quality questions and insights to add to the guests', and my, experience.

I have created a short highlights video of the talk. These include:

- How to create continuous improvement

- That you don't all need to be mates to create a great team

- What is 'walking coaching' ?

- and more ...

I welcome your feedback or further questions.

Tom

Looked great Tom, well done. Loved the idea of the dominos, the walking coaching and the power of the question: What is it that you are not saying to each other that is getting in the way of performance?
