National Australia Bank (NAB) has agreed to a significant pay raise of up to 17.5% over four years for its employees, alongside granting the right to work from home. This landmark union deal has the potential to set a new industry benchmark.

Under the agreement, the Finance Sector Union secured a 5% wage increase for workers earning less than $100,000 a year, followed by subsequent increases of 5% in 2024, 4% in 2025, and 3.5% in 2026.
