In our daily lives, we come into contact with guarantees every time we buy products or services, and many of us cannot take the time to understand the terms or even read the points mentioned. Yes, this is a common phenomenon and people do not care much about it as everyone is interested in getting a cheaper deal at the time of purchase rather than thinking about the long-term usability.
And sometimes we are not able to identify the price differentiating factors as some brands are slightly more expensive than others compared to the retail price. And many other hidden factors that go into pricing are still a point of enlightenment for the customer to make the right choice.
There are brands like Apple that are known for offering everyone an AppleCare warranty with an additional service fee to guarantee the product against any damage. But from a brand perspective, we have learnt that even without AppleCare, the device will work for many years without any issues. This is the design capability and brand authenticity that Apple has achieved through customer-focused, continuous improvements and product enhancements.
I only mentioned the example of the iPhone because we can all see ourselves as customers of this electronic device, which is usually used for 2 to 3 years at most, and we change the model with advanced technological versions even if there are no complaints about its functioning.

This raises the question: If we are already too picky about mobile phones, which usually last 2 or 3 years, what about choosing a roof insulation and waterproofing service provider that protects roofs from heat and leaks for many years? Yes, most of us make mistakes when it comes to choosing the right brand and getting the right warranty for the services installed. Normally, customers are passed over in this area because they feel safe with 25 years. But what is the point of going for a warranty from a recently established company if there is no warranty for the brand and operation in the market, and why should someone spend more on repairs and maintenance during the warranty period?
So, before you decide on a product, I recommend that you check the brand's reputation in the market. This is the real differentiator because the guarantee literally passes on the brand's legacy to its renowned customers, and to create this legacy brands work for many years. So, the next time you are closing a roof deal, checking a pre-qualification for your dream project or accepting a service warranty for the roof you are installing, take a moment to ensure that the warranty you are referring to or receiving is authentic.
