There will always be another meeting. Be Intentional in 2025
There Will Always Be Another Meeting, But Another Moment?
As I reflect on the past year, a year that brought unimaginable loss, I am reminded of the fragility of life and the moments that truly matter. Losing four immediate family members has reshaped how I see time, connection, and purpose. It has reminded me that the times we spend with those we love far outweigh the meetings, deadlines, and obligations we so often prioritize.
In 2025, I encourage you to remember this: There will always be another meeting, but there may not always be another moment.
A Simple Check-In Can Save a Life
The power of connection is immense. Sometimes, a single question—“Are you okay?”—can be the deciding factor for someone struggling in silence. It costs nothing but could mean everything. Life is too precious to allow our schedules to dictate how we show up for the people who matter most. Make it a habit to check in with loved ones, not just during holidays or special occasions, but in the ordinary, quiet moments too.
Purpose Beyond Self
The world often tells us to “find our purpose,” emphasizing personal growth and individual achievement. While this is valuable, constantly chasing purpose for oneself can feel exhausting and even isolating. Let’s shift the narrative. Instead of focusing solely on our purpose, let’s consider how our actions and decisions position us to make a difference for others.
In 2025, make your decisions intentionally. Ask yourself:
? Does this action bring value to someone else’s life?
? Will this decision create moments of connection or joy?
? How can I use my position, my time, and my voice to uplift someone else?

Sometimes, the most meaningful purpose isn’t found in grand gestures but in the quiet impact of being there when someone needs you most.
Redefining Success in 2025
Success shouldn’t be measured solely by the number of meetings attended, goals achieved, or projects completed. Let’s redefine success as the quality of moments shared with those we love. Be present, not just physically but emotionally.
? When you’re with family or friends, put away distractions and truly engage.
? Celebrate small victories, like a shared laugh or a comforting hug.
? Recognize that these seemingly small moments are the threads that weave a meaningful life.
Intentional Living
2025 can be the year we live intentionally—not based on trends or external pressures but on what truly matters. Ask yourself:
? What relationships need nurturing?
? What moments have I overlooked in my pursuit of productivity?
? How can I create more space for joy, love, and connection?
Life will always have meetings, deadlines, and tasks demanding your attention. But moments with loved ones, moments of shared humanity, are finite. Make them count.
As we step into this new year, let’s prioritize what defines the human experience: connection, love, and the simple, irreplaceable moments that remind us why we’re here.
Because there will always be another meeting, but another moment? That’s not a guarantee.
