The key theme of this year's SKO is the adoption of a growth mindset. The growth mindset, a concept developed by psychologist Carol S. Dweck, emphasizes the belief that abilities and intelligence can be developed through dedication, perseverance, and a willingness to learn. By applying this mindset to sales, professionals can overcome challenges, embrace failure as an opportunity for growth, and unlock their full potential.?

One of the stories that our CFO talked about was the expeditions of Roald Amundsen and Robert Falcon Scott to the South Pole. They provide some interesting insights into how different approaches and mindsets lead to different outcomes.

Roald Amundsen, a Norwegian explorer, led the first successful expedition to reach the South Pole in 1911. Amundsen and his team meticulously planned and prepared for their journey.
