Aluminum rod casting process and lining

Aluminum rod casting includes melting, purification, impurity removal, degassing, slag removal and casting process.

Aluminum rod forming process:

The smelted aluminum liquid is cooled and cast into round cast rods of various specifications through a deep well casting system under certain casting process conditions.

After the aluminum liquid is degassed and filtered by the degassing box and the filter box, it is transported to the casting table through the flow channel. AdTech's lining accessories: thimble, distribution plate, transition plate, graphite rings,through launder linings and other products are used in conjunction with the Wagstaff gas-slip casting table for tight casting.
