1. What about the shape of your Aluminium heat transfer plate in floor heating system?

Our plates are omega-shaped, not “v” or “U” shaped like others, and can be matched with PEX pipe during installation. This channel offers more contact with tubing than U-shaped plates and has more effective heat transfer.

2. What about the width and diameter of your Omega shaped Aluminium plate in underfloor heating?

Our regular width of single groove Aluminium heat transfer plate is 127mm and 395mm in double groove. We can also produce according to Customers’ requirements. The diameter of the Omega-shaped groove is about 16mm and the caliber is about 10mm.

3. What about the tube matched with the Aluminum heat transfer plate in regular size?

Usually people use PEX tube installed with Aluminium heat transfer plate and the diameter of the tube is normal 16mm, which means that the both have a tight conbination and heat transfer efficiency will be high.
