• Key deals included EQT’s acquisition of Acronis for an estimated $4.0B, Cisco’s acquisition of Robust Intelligence for an undisclosed amount, and Mimecast’s acquisition of Aware for an undisclosed amount
• The most active sectors for M&A in August were Security Consulting, Network & Infrastructure Security, and MSSP
