What is a Returnship??
Alteryx’s Returnship is a 16-week, paid mid-career experience that creates a path for talent to re-enter the workforce after taking time off for caregiving.??

Why is a Returnship Program Important??
We have seen first-hand the impact that caregivers have made on our organization. While we know it’s possible for people to re-enter the workforce on their own, we think it’s important to create a talent program that helps support caregivers on their return-to-work journey.???
This program is another way that Alteryx is committing to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB).
