Alteryx is thrilled to launch our first Returnship Program in collaboration with our partners at Path Forward! Applications are now live for our first cohort that will start this September.?

What is a Returnship??

Alteryx’s Returnship is a 16-week, paid mid-career experience that creates a path for talent to re-enter the workforce after taking time off for caregiving.??

During their experience, Returners can expect to:?

• Work in a hybrid environment that gives employees flexibility to work remote, in-office, or both?
• Collaborate with teams on meaningful projects?
• Receive support and encouragement for re-skilling or up-skilling??
• Have the opportunity to join our Caregivers Employee Resource Group (ERG)?

Why is a Returnship Program Important??

We have seen first-hand the impact that caregivers have made on our organization. While we know it’s possible for people to re-enter the workforce on their own, we think it’s important to create a talent program that helps support caregivers on their return-to-work journey.???

This program is another way that Alteryx is committing to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB).
