Alternative for VisualLive Customers: BIM Holoview Update

Earlier this year Unity announce they were sunsetting their VisualLive product and we posted an article to highlight BIM Holoview as an alternative (https://www.dhirubhai.net/pulse/alternative-hololens-platform-visuallive-customers-peter-neil). ?Out of all the BIM visualization products for HoloLens there is the largest overlap between our two products, so migrating from VisualLive to BIM Holoview will be an easy process for you and your organization. ?In addition, there are unique features to BIM Holoview (large model support and very accurate model positioning) that we believe experienced HoloLens users will appreciate.

However, we realized there were some feature offerings in VisualLive that weren’t available in BIM Holoview, so as part of our commitment to respond to customer needs and requests BIM Holoview has been updated to include the following :

• Better Color consistency in Revit models
• Cut planes in tabletop view
• The ability to hide sub-sections of a model
