There are alternative creative solutions for serious businesss people looking to purchase a business, apartment building, garage, restaurant, etc...We are able to offer flexible underwriting for credit worthy small businesses. Banks do not have the flexiblity we offer. Our solutions fit between banks and hard money loans with an average transaction length of 30 days.

We offer up to 80% LTV and loan amounts of $100,000 to $2.5 million. Terms 5 to 30 yrs with no ballons and fixed rates available. Rates between 5.4% and 8.75% with amortization options. Will accept 650 FICO, and we don't have property seasoning requirements.
