Our client, a Top 5 International Insurance Broker that does business in over 140 Countries and has 10,000+ team members is currently recruiting to fill an Alternative Risk Broker role. This position can be at the Broker or Senior Broker level and will work with the North American Alternative Solutions Division. This can be a in-office, hybrid or WFH role anywhere in the U.S.

Position Profile:
· Alternative Risk (or Senior Alternative Risk) Broker
· Manage Alternative Risk Solution Projects from start to placement
· Lead renewal process for Alternative Placements
· Part of sales and delivery teams
· Matric with Analytics Teams throughout Risk & Brokering
· Focus on Captive, Integrated Risk, Structured Risk and Parametric
· Comp ranges DOE
o Alternative Risk Broker 120-140k plus bonus
o Senior Alternative Risk Broker 215-230k plus bonus
Qualifications:
· Graduate level degree preferred in finance and/or economics
· 5-10 years of insurance brokerage brokering (placement) experience
· Alternative Risk experience (parametric experience desired)
· Comfort with ambiguous and uncertain situations/ability to identify trends and solutions quickly
