Every Ending Brings a New Beginning

As we close out the year, I’ve been reflecting on the journeys I’ve seen many of you take over the past 12 months. You entered 2024 with great optimism, setting bold goals for growth and success. Along the way, things didn’t always go according to plan—sales fell short, the right capacity wasn’t there, or the right people weren’t in the right seats.

But what inspires me most is how you faced those challenges head-on. You confronted the brutal facts, charted a new path, and are now stepping into 2025 with renewed clarity and optimism.

This evolution resonates deeply with me. On a personal note, my family experienced a tough loss this year when we said goodbye to our beloved family dog. He was the companion my kids grew up with, and his loss was devastating. But life has a way of nudging us forward. We welcomed a new puppy into our home—not as a replacement, but as a new beginning. That puppy has brought us joy, hope, and a reminder that every ending is the start of a new chapter.

As you step into 2025, I hope you do so with the same sense of renewal and optimism I’ve seen in my own family and in the journeys of so many of you. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your story.
