Also beautiful projects come to an end!

The past few months Embay BV has been happy to work for RHDHV as Side- and Commissioning Manager for the expansion of Interxion's datacenter AMS 8.

We are very proud of the end result and very happy with the pleasant cooperation. You make a project with each other and on this project, we were once again able to show that working together is the key to success.

In addition to supervising the construction and commissioning, we have also been involved in researching and recommending adjustments to the control behavior of the 16 HDCs and heat return to the environment to use residual heat to warm up the environment. Also, we have spent time to optimize the ATES (Aquifer Thermal Energy Storage).

Our greatest strength has been that throughout the entire project we have acted as a cooperating, thinking along, solution-oriented and reliable partner who has firmly held the reins and so has been able to relieve the client completely.

Of course, we were never able to do this totally on our own and therefore I would like to thank my (ex) colleagues at RHDHV for their great cooperation and support: Wim Kessels, Roy Scheidsbach, Andrii Zubrytskyi, Jean Piere van de Wetering, Mark Zey, Sabriye Pasa, Rene Verplanke, Maarten Rensen en Paul Capsers.

I also want to give a special thanks to: Jimmy Jagroep, Robin Broekhof, Marc Bakker and William Wajabo of Interxion for their hospitality and pleasant cooperation.

And last but not least everyone I have worked with to make the expansion on site possible. Jack Darmstadt, Luke Barrows, Simon Kelly, Jonathan Long, Giannis Maicheal of Mercury and Ferry van Yperen of Tacs.

We will probably still meet each other, but now we move on to the next nice project that will start for Embay BV on January 4th. (To be continued)
