■ The car dealership groups ahg and bhg are kicking off the new year with an enhanced management structure. As announced by the holding company Alphartis SE on Thursday in Horb am Neckar, the previous authorized officers—Holger Eberle (ahg Sales), Michael Langhorst (ahg After Sales), and Stephan Krei?ig (bhg After Sales)—have been appointed as managing directors of the operating subsidiaries. They will support the existing managing directors, Alexander Kramer (sales for ahg and bhg) and Thomas Linderich (after sales for ahg and bhg), who will continue to serve as spokespersons for management.
The supervisory board and management board of Alphartis cited the "enormous growth" of the two dealership groups as the primary reason for this adjustment. Over the past five years, ahg has expanded by adding nine companies and 450 employees, while bhg has grown by adding six companies and 380 employees.

■ "The growth and successful integration of the new companies can be attributed to the previous managing directors, Kramer and Linderich, as well as to Mr. Eberle, Langhorst, and Krei?ig. Therefore, it was a logical next step to promote the authorized officers to full members of the management team," explained the executives at Alphartis. With this strengthened management, the company aims to ensure that the upcoming development steps of its operating subsidiaries are managed and supported effectively.
Alphartis is one of the largest industry players in Germany, boasting approximately 2,400 employees, 41,400 vehicles sold, and sales of 1.7 billion euros. The organization manages a total of 70 operating sites across 50 locations in the southwest region. The bhg Autohandelsgesellschaft is responsible for brands including Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, Seat, Cupra, and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles. Meanwhile, its sister company, ahg, offers vehicles and services from brands such as #BMW, #Mini, #LandRover, #Peugeot, #Hyundai, #Kia, and BMW Motorrad.
