We finally had our winter rains here in Southern California and yet it is almost spring. The year is moving quickly and we all need to catch up with it before it becomes 2019. To ensure that we do not lose our momentum, coming next week is our first book – ‘The Ingredients of Teamwork’. I look forward to hearing what you think of it.  Claudia
