Almost Done!

Specialized is so proud to have been a part of the team to restore the Hacienda Hotel in New Port Richey, Florida. As a listed property on the National Register of Historic Places, the Hacienda will soon be open to welcome guests in its completely renovated spaces.

Owner and hotel visionary, Jim Gunderson, opened the doors for a reception during the Florida Trust For Historic Preservation annual conference this week and Specialized was on site while a sneak peek of the restoration was enjoyed by attendees. Gunderson is also the owner of the historical Lakeside Inn in Mount Dora. The Lakeside Inn was built in 1883 and is the oldest continuously run hotel in the state of Florida. Thank you Jim for allowing Specialized to be a part of this transformational project.
