·?????? CMMC Rule Advances: CMMC rulemaking was approved on Nov. 21 by OMB’s Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs and is on track for publication in the Federal Register. The fall 2023 unified agenda was published on Wednesday, Dec. 6.? The proposed rule will have a 60-day public comment period. DoD plans to finalize the rulemaking in April 2024, according to the unified agenda. Contract implications to follow with a Q1 2025 target date. Events: Alluvionic has been actively engaged in various events this past month, including I/ITSEC in Orlando, where we connected with numerous companies in the Military Modeling and Simulation Ecosystem, with a particular focus on the growing interest in Augmented Reality and discussions on enhancing training cycles. At the Eastern Defense Summit in Charleston, SC, we collaborated with existing partners, explored new opportunities for 2024, and eagerly anticipate the Navy’s SeaPort NxG IDIQ Contract on-ramp, leveraging our strong Navy past performance for a favorable outcome. Additionally, at the Space Force Association Space Power Conference in Orlando, we engaged with businesses of all sizes to explore ways Alluvionic can provide value to the Space Force as they approach their 4th birthday.
