Allow Yourself To BE LAZY - Take a CHILL Pill

Are you happy? Well.. then tell that to your face! ;)?Just because we nail our circumstances doesn’t mean we are living in alignment with who we truly are. We are hopping from one stimuli to the other.. And we have forgotten the amazing art of relaxing which has numerous benefits. You need a reboot and here’s your prescription-?CTRL+ALT+DEL?:)?

By giving yourself permission to be lazy, you’re giving yourself permission to allow your desires from the universal catalogue to be manifested. What? by doing nothing? Well.. yes because we’re not blocking it with our resistant thoughts of not having the desired outcome in our current reality.?

Take a CHILL PILL

We’ve been brought up with a flawed premise that the more you do, the more you’re worth. Whereas what we need to understand is that- the better you feel, the more you allow the things you desire to come into your life. In other words, when we’re optimistic and positive about the things & situations in our lives, we attract more positives and then the positive momentum picks up and you’re in a state of euphoric bliss. And all it takes is to stop being so hard on yourself. Allow yourself to be bored. Allow yourself to relax. Give yourself the permission to be lazy.

STOP Being Your Own Jailer

Self-imposed suffering is knowing you deserve better. But still settling for less. How’s that working out for you??You may feel trapped right now by life conditions. But you need to realise that you are the only jail keeper that ever surfaces in your own life. Whenever you realise that you have the power to be free, freedom follows in that very moment starting from the very feeling which becomes a liberating thought and thus a reality. Everything that you do in your life is by choice and you are free to choose again. Even prisoners are free to choose their thoughts so that they feel peace and happiness under any conditions.

The desire for the well being of others and those around you is a great charitable & compassionate feeling but you cannot fill from an empty cup. We end up putting ourselves on the back burner and forget to get back in touch with our own self.

It is necessary for us to tend to the well being of our personal self in order to be a productive advocate for the well being of anyone else. You cannot extend or assist anything that you are not already feeling. Which means if you wanna be of use or service to anyone else, you ought to be that for yourself first. Carve out more time for yourself to be nicer & kinder to yourself. Where others aren’t telling you what to do and you can actually breathe without someone breathing down your neck.?

Start putting yourself first. Why has Self-Love come up a lot lately?!.. Because we’ve lost ourselves in the mundane or to technology and are looking for love in all the wrong places whereas we need to love ourselves first and find that love we seek,?within. No one can love you like yourself. No one else can make time for you to relax, you have to find the me time and feed your inner child. We’re all deserving beings. Take a break- Do the things you like everyday, start with the little things to reward your deserving self. Even if you take out 15-20 minutes a day for what rocks your boat, you bounce back happier and with more energy to do the same things and in lesser time while having fun.?

Take It Easy?on yourself.

-Meditate

-Quiet Your Mind

-Spend more time outside.. in the nature and appreciate nature

-Get a nice diary and everyday scribble positive aspects in all areas of your life

-And allow the universe to propel you to your purpose and prosperity

-And just sit and watch things fall into place

Stop being your own worst enemy. Well, most of us are. But Instead of thinking what’s going wrong or not working out.. Think about things that are working out and are going good in life and let life remind you more & more of such things. Train and align your vibration to manifest your hearts desires and bring them to you in your reality.

Take your phone outside.. Go on.. (DO THIS NOW & WATCH HOW IT FEELS) Look upward and outward, standing outside or at a window and acknowledge that there are universal forces that are focused right at you. Acknowledge & call it by a name that you like and say- I acknowledge that I am the object of your positive attention and I am appreciating your continual gaze on behalf of my well-being. And today no matter where I am, no matter where I’m going, no matter what I’m doing and no matter who I’m doing it with, I will be in conscious awareness that you too are there with me. Appreciating me, supporting me, assisting me, acknowledging me, inspiring me, guiding me, having fun with me,?helping me, aware of me, loving me, showing me, uplifting me.. get into an endless loop of that acknowledgment and watch what begins to happen in your life as soon as this day.?

Your Wish Granting Cart is filled to the brim with specific requests that you’ve put there and you are deserving of the realisation of all of those wishes. And its time for those realisations to be flooding into your experience at a rate that will astonish those who surround you.?
