Allow Me To Introduce...

An enduring spirit, persistence and the uncanny ability to excel, even when cast into the most dynamic and unnerving situations. We all strive to possess these characteristics, and it is precisely these qualities and more that I discovered in the latest addition to the Redmond family – Ms. Barbara Long.

From a perspective that I’m certain we can all relate to, for what seemed like an eternity, we at Redmond have been in search of the perfect fit for our organization, the complimentary Renegade who could not only bring her experience to bear for our clients; but possess a balancing nature to pair with our enterprising personalities internally.

As our new Director of Client Solutions and Business Development, Barbara’s qualifications go far beyond simply skill set. From the boardroom to the front lines she has maintained a watchful eye on the unmistakable shift to the global marketplace. As a result, over the years she has been sought out for her intuitive approach and problem-solving mentality, in order to address the inherent challenges that a multitude of companies were forced to face.

Early on she was recruited internally to establish strategic initiatives alongside the CEO of an industry leading international corporation. She developed procedures and practices that would later be implemented and directed globally by top leaders within the organization.

As her career progressed, Barbara was chosen to join the Leadership Team and was tasked to leverage her experience as well as her innate ability to listen, absorb and process information in order to train key personnel and address revenue concerns at scale.

Now I could continue to delve into the impressive chapters of her career, but I think you get the point. We have enlisted the talents of someone truly special, who has embraced her new role here at Redmond to help you find that needle in a haystack, to demonstrate that the impossible is possible. In short, to simply make your job easier.

Barbara is truly an invaluable asset. Not only to us, but to you as well. But don’t just take my word for it, feel free to put her to the test. Pick up the phone, send her an email or, meet over lunch. Then sit back and enjoy the ride. After all, we at Redmond have spent over a quarter of a century producing results where others have fallen short, and we have no plans on stopping now.
