Allison Williams joins Rodney Hall Executive Search

After years of looking and waiting patiently for the “right person” to come along, I’m thrilled to announce my partnership with Allison Williams.  A former Sales Manager with NVR and strategic leader at Trulia and Monster.com, Allison brings a valuable combination of industry knowledge, skills and experience.  For a small practice like mine, it doesn’t get much better.  She’s book smart too, with an MBA from SMU and a BS from Penn State University.  Best of all, she shares a servant-minded approach to the business.  As a practice leader, Allison will oversee all search and sourcing assignments on positions below $100,000.  (Now, if only we can change her allegiance to the Eagles, everything would be perfect!)  Glad to have you on board, Allison!  https://www.dhirubhai.net/in/allisonkwilliams
