I cannot agree more, it's insightful and true.

I see it quite difficult to be applied as it touches the psychological status of employees but in theory it looks awesome. Also, are there really experts to handle difficult cases and look at their problems , and understand them to alleviate their stresses and assess their mental health?! hope to see specialized entities for work related stress problems so that we reach this target!
