Mueller & Hoffman Manufactured Housing is pleased to announce the sale of Allen Genoa Manufactured Home Community located in Pasadena, Texas for an undisclosed price. Mueller & Hoffman negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Seller and Buyer.

Allen Genoa is a 3-star, all-age community and was approximately 97% occupied at the time of closing. Pasadena is located within the Houston-Woodlands-Sugar Land metropolitan area and is the second largest city in Harris County. Pasadena is approximately a 20-minute drive from Hobby Airport and has ample rail access and extensive frontage along the Houston Ship Channel, leading to the Port Houston, which ranks first in foreign tonnage and second in total tonnage in the United States.
