Allchemist makes R&D fun again

Here's a true story for you.

One day during ECS 2017 one experienced C level executive stepped boldly to one of my colleagues and asked: "What do you mean by Allchemist makes R&D fun again?"

He continued "I always enjoyed in R&D process. It's my passion and even know when I've moved up on the corporate ladder I love to escape and play with my ideas. It's just something you enjoy doing."

My colleague Alja? listened to him carefully without making a sound. He than smiled to him as he two is now CEO but knows all the details of R&D process. He too is passionate about his work.

He looked in that man's eyes and asked one crucial question: "Do you also enjoy searching for all relevant information on the web, scribbling them down in whatever sistem you have and trying to make sense of all that gathered data?"

"Oh, no" that C level executive said. "This is the one part I truly hate. It's time consuming and there's no shortcut to that part of the process."

Alja? smiled to him and said: "Oh, but there is a better way. If you have a bit more time I can show you and you'll understand why Allchemist makes R&D fun again".

That C level executive stayed for more than an hour. He shook everybody's hand when he left pointing out to the the slogan and saying "Now I understand."
