The recently upgraded version facilitates accurate container nominations, real-time status updates, online document uploads for customs examination, and expedites clearance processes.
Boasting 18 enhanced utility features, myCFS 2.0 offers seamless, faceless, contactless, and paperless digital services accessible from anywhere. This advancement has digitally transformed 67 percent of customer interactions and clearance processes at CFS facilities.

Unleashing convenience for CHAs
With the new upgrade myCFS 2.0 optimizes business processes and enhances cargo transportation, reducing waiting times for customs house agents (CHA) in CFSs.
Features such as job order and accurate nomination of containers and visibility, import receiving, enable customers to handle CFS operations remotely, eliminating the need to visit the CFS. While the facility to upload documents online regarding work orders for seal cutting, customs examination, import destuffing, and export carting trucks mitigates queues at counters at the CFS.
Further, the generation of updated history report for real time and accurate container status tracking, and direct download of weighment slip, have also increased efficiency while making significant savings of time and effort. Allcargo Terminals is also supporting CHAs in utilizing the myCFS digital portal efficiently through tailored training programs.
