I have no doubt in my mind that change is in the air. If you read the Time article with Andy Jassy you can see a stark difference in the way he answers questions from his predecessor. Vanessa Hung points out in her post - Amazon is getting better and better at sharing data about the marketplace and consumer behavior with sellers and service providers. Heck, Andy even took time to acknowledge an employees post! Which is a great story if you want to read something uplifting.

Mr Jassy after numerous complaints on Amazon and being ignored (other platforms too) I have been left with no choice but to bring this issue to your attention via this platform. Not just Amazon other platforms too like ebay, Etsy, etc no one seems to want to ban the sale of counterfeit reborn dolls being sold on Amazon. We were warned years ago regarding counterfeit dvds people should not buy them the profits go to drug cartels and support trafficking, etc well what's to say the same isn't happening here. I am a reborn doll artist I'm disabled I spend hours handpainting reborn dolls purchasing the best materials I can and put my heart and soul into making dolls but now not just me others too can not compete with the thousands of counterfeit dolls from China openly being sold on Amazon, many have given up probably soon myself too and this is my only means of supporting myself please just stop the sale of counterfeit items on Amazon.

Any word on PPC targeting by customer types (i.e Education, commercial, Gov, Health Care etc) we have a good chunk of business on Amazon on the B2B side and would love to target ads by category and tailor the ads so they resonate more with those potential customer types??
